At Rupasdi Textile & Sizing Mills, our facilities are engineered for scale, efficiency, and consistency. With over 1.5 lakh square feet of factory space and modern weaving and sizing units, we produce up to 1.5 million yards of T/C pocketing fabric per month. Our sizing units are powered by Japanese Kanamaru machines, while the weaving section runs on 500 high-speed looms from China, ensuring flawless production with minimum downtime.

Our sizing process ensures every yarn meets optimal strength and smoothness before weaving. We operate 2 Kanamaru machines from Japan, capable of producing 500,000 meters of yarn per month. This guarantees dimensional stability and performance across all our fabric constructions.
High-Efficiency Weaving with Global Standards
The weaving unit is the core of our production powerhouse. With 500 high-speed looms imported from China, we ensure precision in every weave and consistent production. Our setup supports multiple fabric constructions, including 45×45/80×60 up to 45×45/118×78 with 42-inch finish width.
